Welcome to Festation! These Provider Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access and use of Festation’s platform as a service provider (“Provider”). By registering as a Provider, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Eligibility & Registration

1.1 You must be legally eligible to provide recruitment services and comply with all applicable laws. 1.2 You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. 1.3 Festation reserves the right to approve or reject any Provider application at its discretion.

2. Service Usage

2.1 Providers may post job listings, search for candidates, and communicate with job seekers through Festation. 2.2 Providers shall not engage in fraudulent activities, misrepresentation, or misleading job postings. 2.3 Festation reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

3. Fees & Payments

3.1 Providers may be subject to subscription fees or other charges as per the pricing plan selected. 3.2 All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. 3.3 Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Content & Confidentiality

4.1 Providers are responsible for the accuracy of job postings and any shared content. 4.2 Personal data of job seekers must be handled in compliance with privacy laws and Festation’s Privacy Policy. 4.3 Any misuse or unauthorized disclosure of confidential information is strictly prohibited.

5. Prohibited Activities

Providers must not:

• Post misleading, illegal, or offensive job listings.
• Use automated bots to extract data from the platform.
• Discriminate against job seekers based on protected characteristics.

6. Liability & Indemnification

6.1 Festation is not liable for any hiring decisions made by Providers. 6.2 Providers agree to indemnify Festation against any claims arising from their use of the platform.

7. Termination & Modifications

7.1 Festation reserves the right to modify or terminate services at any time. 7.2 Providers may terminate their account upon notice, but fees paid are non-refundable. 7.3 Continued use of the platform after modifications implies acceptance of revised terms.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Applicable Jurisdiction]. 8.2 Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in the designated jurisdiction.
