Festation is committed to maintaining high-quality standards in recruitment services. This Provider Quality Assurance Policy outlines the expectations and responsibilities of service providers (“Providers”) to ensure excellence in service delivery.
1. Service Standards
1.1 Providers must adhere to professional recruitment practices and ethical guidelines. 1.2 Job postings should be accurate, transparent, and free from misleading information. 1.3 Providers must ensure timely communication with job seekers and employers.
2. Candidate Experience
2.1 Providers must treat all candidates fairly and professionally. 2.2 Discrimination based on age, gender, race, religion, or any protected characteristic is strictly prohibited. 2.3 Confidentiality of candidate information must be maintained in accordance with privacy laws.
3. Compliance & Regulations
3.1 Providers must comply with local labor laws, data protection regulations, and industry best practices. 3.2 Background checks, if required, should be conducted lawfully and with candidate consent. 3.3 Any violations of laws or policies may result in penalties or termination of provider agreements.
4. Performance Monitoring
4.1 Festation may conduct periodic quality checks to ensure compliance with this policy. 4.2 Feedback from employers and job seekers will be used to assess provider performance. 4.3 Continuous non-compliance may lead to suspension or termination of provider services.
5. Issue Resolution & Reporting
5.1 Providers must have a clear process for handling complaints from job seekers and employers. 5.2 Any service issues should be reported to Festation’s support team promptly. 5.3 Providers are encouraged to seek Festation’s guidance for continuous service improvement.
