Festation initially adopted a transactional-only pricing model but has since evolved to offer better pricing options for companies handling a high volume of monthly work. The majority of our clients use a subscription-based pricing model to access volume-based discounts.
Festation relieves our clients of the payment processing burden by managing all technician payments. Companies can choose from multiple funding options, including prefunding and selecting a technician payment cycle with a funding account.
You can add as many Festation users as needed for your work requirements. User roles, including Admin, Manager, and Dispatcher, define the functions and capabilities they can access within the platform.
Depending on your expected work volume, Festation may include Field Service Connectors in your package. Integrations with platforms like Salesforce, ConnectWise, ServiceNow, Quickbase, Datto/Autotask PSA, IFS, Zuper, Field Point, FSM Global, Zendesk, Freshdesk, and Netsuite are pre-built to seamlessly connect with the Festation platform. Festation handles all technician tax paperwork at the end of the year, relieving our clients of the burden. Before gaining access to the Festation Marketplace, the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) requires us to either confirm your eligibility to file a Form W8-BEN (certificate of foreign status) as a non-U.S. taxpayer or collect a completed W-9 form to obtain your U.S. tax identification number. Due to Sales and Use Tax and Marketplace Facilitator laws in various states, work order transactions on Festation may now be subject to multiple types of tax, affecting both the buyer and provider sides.
With most Festation packages, you can create an unlimited number of work orders.
As a client of Festation, you can rely on a dedicated team to support you at every step. We offer assistance through Customer Success Advisors, Account Managers, Talent Advisors, Liability Liaisons, and Mediation Assistance Managers. Our robust onboarding process includes comprehensive training from our Implementation Specialists.
